"Better" is strictly a matter of personal taste. Some people prefer to drink a beer with more hops flavor. Some prefer beer Malti. Some prefer beer tastes like Bud Lite. Try different brands and see what you want.
No, these are people who do not hate Bud snobs. Just choose the beer with flavor. Bud (and Miller and Coors, etc.), thin and watery taste when compared to many beers and imports.
Good craft beer has four basic ingredients: malted barley, yeast, hops and water. The big American breweries largely eliminate and replace the barley corn or rice. They also use very little hops. The result is a beer that is cheaper to manufacture and did not give much flavor.

I'm not a fan of real beer, but if you are looking for something, you can try with a little beer garden of stone. I also like the Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale. No, they are snobs. I thought I hated beer, because all I had was Bud. Once you have a beer that you like the taste, you do not really know what I never liked to return first.
